Are you a vendor that is interested in participating in this area? Please read below.

You are invited to participate in our newly named Balanced Body area of the St. Louis Earth Day Festival for those vendors who offer health services and would like to provide demonstrations and samples* of their services for Festival attendees. Qualifying vendors can participate for a discounted registration fee of $100 per 10×10 booth space!

Our hope for this area is that it will not only provide a “relaxation station” for those who need a break from the hustle bustle of the Festival, but will also allow you as a vendor to introduce prospective clients to your service(s) and for them to gain a greater gasp of what to expect of your service, if they have never experienced acupuncture before, for example.

*Please note that this is not a space for handing out samples of products, it is for samples of services. Your application for inclusion in this space is subject to the standard Rules and Regulations for all registrants, please be familiar with these before submitting your application. See instructions for how to register below.

See the star for indication of where this pavilion is located.

The Balanced Body area will be in the West practice pavilion of the Muny. It is covered and has a wooden floor. It is accessed by the covered walkway, and is easily visible from the Earth Day Café area and stage. We will design the lay out of booth spaces as appropriate to the number of participants.

The pavilion in which the Balanced Body neighborhood will be, seen here in the background from the Earth Day Cafe stage.

Special Pricing

Since this is the inaugural year for the Balanced Body area, we will be offering 10×10 booth spaces for $100. (Double spaces are also available). No tents are allowed, but no tents are needed! We will provide 8’ tables for each space.

To start the registration process, please contact us to verify that you qualify. Email info@stlouisearthday.org with the subject line “Balanced Body” and include a link to your website or a brief description of the services that you will demonstrate.
