Grant opportunities with Department of Conservation.

Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is looking for innovative terrestrial and aquatic habitat improvement projects in the St. Louis area to receive grant funding.

The Community Conservation Grant and the Back To Nature StL Grant are two funding opportunities that support conservation in local communities. These grants support urban wildlife habitat improvement, encourage organizational partnerships for land stewardship, and support the training of partner staff to manage natural landscapes.

The application deadline is September 12, 2014.
