Opportunities for Exhibitors & Artists

St. Louis Earth Day is pleased to connect our partner organizations, area events and local vendors whenever possible so that sustainable efforts and eco-friendly services can be shared with a larger population. Check out the following opportunities for eco-exhibitors and artists:

River City Rascals Green Night, August 17
Wanted: Eco-Exhibitors

Be part of this fun, family evening by showcasing your eco-friendly products, services or programs at the Rascal’s baseball game. Vendors are set up in a highly visible area near the food to promote lots of interaction with Rascal fans. The evening aims to share information and raise awareness of various sustainable issues like energy conservation and natural resources. There is no fee to participate and vendors receive a free ticket to the game, a six foot table for display and chairs. Please register by Friday, August 12 by contacting Wendy Prakop of the O’Fallon Advisory Green Council at wprakop@charter.net

LouFest, August 27 & 28
Wanted: EcoZone Exhibitors
Calling all green organizations! LouFest, St. Louis’ sustainable music festival, returns to Forest Park on August 27th and 28th. This two-day event includes 18 national and local bands, great food from local restaurants, AREA K (for kids), and an EcoZone to highlight those involved in conservation, recycling and clean energy.

LouFest is now accepting applications for EcoZone vendors. This area is limited to approximately 20 organizations and exclusivity is offered in each area of sustainability. The registration fee for the entire weekend is $500 and includes a 10×10 space, folding table, two chairs, event passes and listing on the LouFest website. Tents and extra chairs are available for rental, if needed.

To reserve your spot, send an email to info@loufest.com with ECOZONE in the subject line. Include your organization’s name, mission and contact information. Vendors will be accepted on a first-come/first served basis. www.loufest.com

Taste of St. Louis, Sept. 23-25
Wanted: Artists

Submit your application today to participate in The Art & Wine Walk at this year’s Taste of St. Louis event, held annually Downtown by Soldiers’ Memorial. The Taste of St. Louis is a celebration of the best food, art, music and culture our city has to offer. Taste draws 300,000 festival-goers every year.

The Art & Wine Walk is an all-juried art fair. Deadline for submissions to be included in the Taste of St. Louis Event Program and website is July 13th, 2011. Deadline for submissions to be included on the website is August 31st, 2011.
