Won’t you be our neighbor? Office space for rent!

In March we moved into the former rectory of Holy Family Catholic Church, now home to marketing firm Cfx. In 2006, Chris Frank and Megan Frank, President and Vice President of Cfx, transformed the former south St. Louis church into a lively community work environment.

We love our new space – with lots of natural light and storage space. Being next to Marion Middle School is also great. (pictured: 2014 Festival production meeting)

Around the same time that we moved into the second floor of the former rectory, the Open Space Council for the St. Louis Region also moved to the holy complex, now residing in the choir loft of the renovated church.

Co-working Goes Grassroots

The good news is that there is more space available for organizations or businesses to join our ECO-working space (get it?)! In addition to a room on the second floor where our office resides, there is lots of space available on the first floor.

If you are looking for a studio space or home-away-from-home office, consider paying a visit to check out the room available for rent on our floor! A 12ft x 12ft room with a window and closet is ready for you, with a shared kitchenette and full bathroom. Downstairs, there is a partial kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, three full bathrooms and lots of space (approximately 2,869 sq. ft. to be exact).

We are only a few blocks south of Tower Grove Park, at the corner of Humphrey and Oak Hill, and very close to the Morganford business district and South Grand. Access to Highway 44 and 64 is quick and easy, parking is never a problem. We just installed a spacious bike rack and there is also a private courtyard for outdoor staff lunches.
