Over the past five years, St. Louis Earth Day has seen tremendous growth as an organization – more than doubling its full-time staff, launching a new program for restaurants, expanding the St. Louis Earth Day Festival to include multiple events like the Recycling Extravaganza, re-branding the organization through website and logo updates, and significantly increasing our capacity to meet the need for event-greening services. All of this has been accomplished through strong teamwork and leadership from our Executive Director and Programs & Communication Director – something Jeanette Reynolds is very proud to have been a part of.

In June, we wish Jeanette well as she moves on from St. Louis Earth Day to pursue her passion in community and youth development. She is excited to apply the skills and experience gained with St. Louis Earth Day to her future work, while keeping sustainability an important consideration in the planning and execution of projects.

She has many joyful memories from her four and a half years at SLED, and promises to not be a stranger. You can keep up with her adventures at www.typicaljeanette.blogspot.com, @nettsybets, or email her at jeanette@stlouisearthday.org to request personal contact information.
